The Story
Public Pub Dubrovnik was born from a simple dream shared by childhood friends who spent their days eating together in public spaces like libraries and parks. They would often say, “One day, we’ll have a place of our own.” That dream became a reality in October 2024, when Public Pub opened its doors to the heart of Dubrovnik.
Designed with locals in mind, Public Pub is a space where everyone feels welcome. Inspired by the people and flavors of this city, we crafted a menu filled with everything our friends and neighbors love, elevated by the expertise of our Michelin-starred chef. It’s a place where comfort meets creativity, and every dish tells a story.
